1. The Menekaunee Old Timers Picnic is a week early this year. Your $10 is due a week from today -- Monday, July 15 by 3:00. That's when the number count is given to the caterer. After that, the cost is $15. If you'd like to drop off your cash/check and if I'm not home, just put it between our two front doors (not in the mailbox) with your phone number or email and I will confirm receipt. 2. I can use volunteers to set up tables/chairs in the Red Arrow Park enclosed pavilion, preferably from 9:00 to 10:00 Saturday morning. I'll wipe them down when I arrive at 10:30. Please let me know by phone (715-735-5577) or email (smbrixie@yahoo.com) if you can help out. If no one volunteers in advance, we'll set up as people arrive. 3. Remember to pick up your name tag at the Registration desk. This is your "ticket" for the food. Hopefully our weather committee will do a good job and we'll have a beautiful day on the Bay! .
